As a Manager of Data Center Operations, you will lead a highly functional team that is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and managing CARFAX mission critical infrastructure systems. A successful candidate will be team oriented, a great communicator, and a leader in a fast-paced agile work environment.
This individual is responsible for the management of facility infrastructure resources and processes that support the core business functions of the organization. This position also oversees planning, design, and integration of hardware resources for multiple data center infrastructures.

What you'll be doing:
- Provide team leadership, direction, development, and oversight
- Responsible for hardware procurement, installation, management, and operation
- Oversees IT facilities and colocation data centers
- Work with teams to design, build, and implement infrastructure resources and new products
- Review and plan for infrastructure resource growth rates and capacity requirements
- Oversees project planning and implementation
- Drive efforts for continued automation processes to improve efficiency of resource availability
- Five+ years experience in computer networking, server administration, and information technology design and administration.
- Experience in server room resource and facility management.
- Experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Highly motivated, self-driven with a can-do attitude.
- Self-starter highly committed to providing quality customer service in a team environment
- Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with teams and others in a clear, concise, and timely manner
- Efficient at developing and maintaining effective and professional working relationships with a variety of business partners and vendors
- Experienced with directing projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and integration of technical solutions
