Your main tasks include, among others:

* Handle all process related customer inquiries, internal and external, being the interface within LHT, the accounts and other business partners.

* Create cost estimates for non-contracted and out of contract repairs, process customers approval.

* Detect and invoice cases of mishandling, modification, and scrap.

* Work independently on loans, sales and 1:1 exchanges also originating other than the LHT Pool.

* Responsible for TAT fulfillment, coordinate business units within LHT to meet customers requirements.

* Responsible for correct cost booking and in time invoicing.

* Monitor customer orders.

* Initiate, coordinate and track shipments in cooperation with LTL.

* Work in and with various systems, such as E-bat, MAX-LRU, SAP, etc.

If you want to be the next **Customer Service Support MRO**, you must fulfill the following requirements:

* High school diploma/GED desirable.

* College degree/vocational training desirable.

* Bachelor Degree desirable.

* Professional experience desirable

* 1-2 Years / MRO Customer Service.

* English required.

* German and Spanish desirable.

* Knowledge in MRO Customer Service.

* Knowledge in SAP, CSS Training or equivalent OJT.

* MS office as user.

* Excellent detail oriented.

* Excellent ability to work under pressure.

* Excellent customer service.

* Excellent commitment.

* Must possess permit to work in the U.S.

* Assessment screening.

* Willingness to travel.

* Constant time pressure.

* High stress levels.

* In accordance with rules, regulations, and given authorities.
