Our confidential client, in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and lead all HR activities for assigned clients and business units.

This role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on all aspects of the employee life cycle including the hiring and onboarding process, talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations and employee engagement.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Manage and lead all HR activities.

* Establish strong partnerships with leadership and employees in support of developing the optimal culture to drive high performance, retention, and engagement. Provide coaching as needed.

* Determine, develop, and execute HR strategies to promote performance.

* Develop and cultivate active, two-way communications with all levels of employees to maintain and enhance positive employee relations.

* Lead efforts to resolve all performance management and employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and partnering with Legal when necessary.

* Manage and/or facilitate the recruitment and hiring process for all positions within assigned clients and business units. Ensure the coordination of communications and paperwork with other functions such as payroll and IT.

* Own, lead and facilitate new hire onboarding activities.

* Manage offboarding activities such as severance agreements and exit interviews for voluntary terminations.

* Lead and provide guidance on the performance review process, merit and bonus administration and recommendations, and ensuring training and communication on the process and timelines.

* Ensure regulatory HR compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.

* Lead or participate in various HR projects, such as surveys, benefits open enrollments, etc.

This is a full-time, direct-hire, exempt position. ** Bilingual a plus.

Experience and Skills
Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

* 10+ years of HR Business Partner and/or Generalist experience

* Strong HR experience in a manufacturing environment

* Commercially focused HR approach

* Proven success in building positive, engaging, high performance cultures

* Ability to coach leaders

* Significant experience in employee relations and talent acquisition

* Strong knowledge of ADP and Microsoft Office

* Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills

* Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills

* Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
