Berwick Academy seeks a strategic and visionary financial leader to fill the key position of Chief Financial Officer to partner with the Head of School, Administrative Team, and the Board of Trustees as we envision and plan for the ongoing success and future of Berwick Academy.



 This is an exciting time to join Berwick Academy as the school is currently engaged in two significant initiatives. Our strategic plan, The Courage to Climb, and the largest capital campaign in the school's history, The Campaign for Berwick, are both two-thirds of the way complete. The new CFO will work closely with other administrators to help Berwick achieve these lofty goals. Specifically as it relates to the strategic plan, the CFO must lead the charge on finding innovative solutions to diversify our revenue streams while managing expenses.

Reporting to the Head of School as a member of the school's Administrative Team, the CFO supports Berwick Academy's mission by providing strategic oversight of the school's finances. The CFO will manage direct reports in the finance, operations, technology, and auxiliary services of the school and be a key strategic partner to the Head of School and Board of Trustees, serving as the school liaison to the Finance and Resource Management, and Audit Committees of the Board.
