Job Type: Full-time

This role will be primarily responsible for the sourcing and recruitment of top talent for the company. The ideal person for this position will have experience recruiting for accounting staff and have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving the company growth and helping individuals find exciting careers in Private Equity Fund Administration. This position will report to the Director of People & Culture.

  • Work closely with the leadership team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent
  • Continuously partner with senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with third party recruiters
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job postings and announcements
  • Create and lead the internship program including building college recruitment relationships and participating in college career fairs.
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
  • Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
  • Develop and release job postings on our applicant tracking system as well as utilizing social media for sourcing great candidates
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

Required Education and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
  1. Master's degree in business or related field.
  2. 2- 3 years of proven success recruiting accounting candidates
