Smart Property Investors Academy is a property investment education and training company based in Newbold, Chesterfield. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team. Our company has continued to grow year upon year, and we need more hands on deck to sustain its growth. We are looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to join our team to get 'stuck in' in a multitude of areas. Here’s a snapshot of the role: Talking to clients on the phone Follow up with prospective clients Contact potential clients through social media and book in sales follow-up calls Speak to potential clients on the phone to promote free or paid events Speak to clients on the phone to set sales appointments Launching new marketing campaigns on Facebook, Eventbrite, YouTube, and other social media platforms Writing up marketing materials Providing content for our blog Client coaching calls Client support to new or existing clients Prepare invoices and manage payments, chase up if necessary Chase up accountability form Attend zoom call to note attendance Manage monthly events, book venues, and manage registration Take photos for events, take videos, edit, trade show, and organize, attend exhibitions Follow up clients' journey and help manage any obstacles We are looking for someone that: Is passionate and excited about sales and marketing Is confident on the phone Is confident on camera Loves helping and serving our clients Is an efficient problem-solver who thrives under pressure Isn’t phased by an ever-expanding inbox Is self-motivated and driven Is willing to go the extra mile for our company and the “Smart Academy Community” Ideally has some experience in the sales, customer service, or marketing industry Is able to use Go High Level, familiar with design, Photoshop, and video editing as an advantage Is willing to work weekends or evenings To us, it’s so important we find the right person for our team, so you will be offered full training on the job to ensure you are confident and succeed in your role with us. IMPORTANT: This is an office-based role located in Newbold, Chesterfield. Having a full driving license and own transport is essential to the role due to occasional off-site training and coaching sessions.
