Sr Product Assurance Manager

Qualification :
Engineering with specific specialization
Responsibility :

Product Assurance Plan :
'PAP Generation.
1) Generate a PAP for all life cycle processes The PAP may require.
updating throughout the life cycle Outputs of other activities are.
inputs to the PAP.
2) Establish a baseline PAP prior to the Requirements V&V activities.
3) Identify project milestones in the PAP.
4) Schedule PA tasks to support project management reviews and.
technical reviews.
5) Reviews and approves the lower level plans as required.

Product Concept Definition :
'Actively participates in product concept definition along with the customers and all other stake holders.

Requirements evaluation :

Requirements Analysis activities will be performed to analyze and assess whether the system requirements :
1) specify all required characteristics attributes functional and performance requirements interface requirements and requirements for qualification safety and security human factors engineering and user documentation for the system.
2) specify all constraints that will affect the architectural design of the system and the means to realize the system.
3) are unique complete unambiguous consistent with all other.
requirements implementable and verifiable.
4) are traceable to the stakeholder requirements.
and.
5) provide a basis for verifying that each system requirement can be satisfied.

Design verification :
1) Verify the system architectural design complies with standards regulations policies physical laws and business rules.
2) Validate the product solution(s) defined by the system architectural design satisfies the stakeholder needs.
3) Validate the system architectural design and its element interactions do not result in unnecessary unintended or deleterious consequences.
4) Validate the system architectural design defines the intended interaction of the system with its operating environment.
5) Overseas the PA activities execution and Automation activities.

Implementation Verification :
'The Implementation PA activity will be performed to monitor review audit and analyze hardware and software products Assures that 1) the system architectural design is implemented correctly through integration.
2) the integrated system meets the system requirements.
3) the system integration strategy is consistent with the system architecture.
4) the integration test plan and procedures are traceable to the system architectural design.
5) the unavoidable constraints of integration that influence.
requirements are addressed correctly.
6) the integration of human performance into systems and their.
operation is correct and.
7) the nonconformance's due to integration actions are recorded and addressed.
8) Overseas the PA activities execution and Automation activities.

System Validation / Qualification Testing / Acceptance Testing/ Product Certification :
'1 Qualify the system for the Non Functional Requirements.
a Effectiveness.
b Productivity.
c Safety.
d Productivity.
2 Review system acceptance activities testing to validate that the.
system correctly implements system requirements in the.
intended operational environment or as close to the intended.
operational environment as possible.
3 Perform Standrs compliance checks and other required certification activities for Product certification.

Safety Assurance :
'1) 'Perform Criticality Analysis Hazard Analysis Safety Analysis Security Analysis Risk Analysis for the system being developed.
2) Prepares Safety Certification Collateral.

Product assurance Consulting :
1) Participates in RFI / RFQ discussion with regards to Product Assurance activities for a solution proposal.
2) Defines the strategies and design for the proposals with respect to PA.

Process Improvements :
1) Generate and discuss ideas with team to bring about any form of value add and share the same with the Managers.
adhere to process and tools (usage of cognizant 20 awareness of quality management system IDE etc).
2) Create and contribute for any proposals on any improvement/enhancement to the Product or Product Development Life Cycle Present the same to client.

Knowledge Management :
1) Contribute/Guide towards updating knowledge assets user manual online help document installation manual / scripts.
2) Contribute / search / reuse all types of assets from repository.
3) Writing White Papers filing for Patents participating in Technical forums Webinars etc.
4 )Training other team members.

People Management :
1) Supporting the manager(s) for identifying the right associate for the given work items.
2) Identifying any risks/issues within team on productivity/performance/coordination and discuss with Project Managers.
