Job Description: The next generation of data-driven, member-centric marketer, who will help lay the foundation of 365 Member marketing for Jordan. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, an entrepreneurial creative problem solver, a great teammate, and able to thrive in ambiguous situations. You should have a background in, or a deep understanding of service and experience-based loyalty marketing across channels both digital and physical.We are looking for someone that appreciates the art of creative thinking and who values the importance of data and consumer insights. Both art and science, this role requires someone proficient in translating data insights into innovative creative briefs.

It will require someone who obsesses the latest trends in mobile, social media and digital and be able to overlay consumer need, technical feasibility and business objectives into new insights.

Job Responsibilities:

Clear and demonstrative experience of how best to integrate a membership program within an existing brand’s architecture.

Proven experience in managing up, across, and downstream with peers and partners

Comfortable in managing an ever-changing project landscape while providing consistent POV’s and willingness to align / educate / compromise with partners.

Job Requirements:

Clear and demonstrative experience working on Membership marketing campaigns focused on both acquiring new members and driving engagement with existing member cohorts.

Multi-tasking and delegation capabilities, with ability to project manage and work on a variety of different projects at one time

Early adopter and problem solver for digital platforms (Comfortable trying new tools and adapting to process improvements)

High-level problem solver with strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

Qualification & Experience:

5 years of experience in brand marketing and/or digital marketing

Preferred 1 – 2 years focused on experiential loyalty marketing.
