Perform install and sustaining functions of complex hardware machines (high-tech multi-beam mask writers) including wiring, documentation, and reporting at customer sites. Troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues and find solutions for persistent problems in conjunction with service engineers. Write reports of your tasks and activities. Participate in planned service activities at customer sites. Position Requirements Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering. Previous troubleshooting experience of electrical and electronic systems. Strong communication and social skills as well as extraordinary service orientation. PLC experience (i.e., Allen-Bradley) required to work on sub-system controls. Practical experience in engineering (electrical or electronics). Vendor experience with customers in the semiconductor industry is a plus. Certified safety education is a plus. This is a position geared for those that enjoy autonomy with minimal supervision and ownership of their work.
