Configure, install and maintain various network technologies for a multi-site environment such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, VPN, etc. Perform daily network operations ensuring the Data Center and Corporate networks are functioning at peak performance. Monitor and analyze network performance, identify and troubleshoot network issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal network performance and reliability. Provide consistent and effective solutions in areas related to congestion, infrastructure upgrades, and routine troubleshooting. Manage on-going network security as well as ensure proper setup and configuration. Identify areas of weakness and recommend resolution. Provide network team support for the IT Helpdesk. Assist with compliance reporting and remediation. Qualifications Skills and Abilities Practical knowledge of Cisco platforms and Cloud experience strongly preferred. Experience with Network Access Control Strong practical knowledge of troubleshooting, routing, and switching protocols, such as BGP, EIGRP, STP, TCP/IP, and Multicast. Demonstrated Competencies Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, both in verbal and written form. High level of ambition and motivation for success, be results oriented, results driven, and self-starter. Must have regular and punctual attendance. Hybrid between in-office and remote. Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a network or equivalent role. Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Network Administration, Information Technology, or similar field is preferred.
