Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager who is willing to travel extensively throughout the United States. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in mechanical engineering coupled with exceptional project management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of mechanical projects from initiation to closeout. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project objectives. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate project success. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of successfully managing mechanical projects, preferably within the [mention relevant industries] sector. Strong technical expertise in mechanical systems design, HVAC, piping, and/or industrial equipment. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; PMP certification is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States as required by project assignments. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
