Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee our financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of international accounting experience to the role, providing insights and leadership to our finance department. You will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our company by managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing financial reports. Your expertise will be key to informing our leadership team's decisions with accurate financial information and analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing reports that reflect the company's financial standing.
- Direct and organize all company financial projects and accounting practices, including auditing, tax planning, and accounting systems reviews.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures, both domestically and internationally.
- Collaborate with international counterparts to harmonize financial systems and practices across the company's global operations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new processes and improvements to financial policies and procedures.
- Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance or Accounting Manager or other similar senior role with 3-5 years of international accounting experience.
- A deep understanding of business principles and practices, superior attention to detail, and an ability to work with numerical data.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, corporate principles, and financial analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent management skills, with an ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to work across various cultural backgrounds and business units.
