Job Description:

ECS is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic Cyber Security Program in support of our National Security client. The scope of the program includes engineering planning and support services, strategic planning, and mission execution support across a diverse portfolio of Cybersecurity programs. This position is located in Ballston, VA (Arlington) with the option for routine remote work. In this role, you will lead a team of 40 management and cyber security professionals in the delivery of management consulting services and the strategic growth of ECS cyber services and our account.

We are seeking an accomplished, dynamic and creative cybersecurity leader, with experience successfully managing and expanding high impact cyber programs within a dynamic growth-oriented environment. The role requires superior customer skills, from delivery to business development including leadership over contract growth, adjacent work and recompetes. Your ability to develop and maintain credibility and trust and establishing yourself and the team as trusted advisors across the various customer groups will be critical to your success.

Required Skills:

15 years of progressive and broad cyber security and program leadership roles, including building strong teams. Demonstrated ability to establish relationships, identify and qualify business opportunities, foster a culture of capture within delivery teams, and grow business within a dynamic customer environment. Experience successfully managing high visibility, high impact Cyber Security projects, esp. for Federal government customers, including adherence to technical, schedule, and cost parameters. Demonstrated aptitude and experience with complex problem solving, including 'hands-on' participation driving teams and customers to success. Expertise in strategic planning / consulting services for a large, federal customer including creating and driving customer and project/program vision. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, matrixed teams to affectively achieve project outcomes in a dynamic, agile environment. PMP certification and

Active Top Secret Clearance. Desired Skills:

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification. Experience managing DHS Programs. Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks ensuring successful program execution. Proven ability to bring innovation to cyber security programs, introducing new and effective solutions to address evolving threats. In-depth knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, policies, and best practices within the cyber security industry.
