Job Description: Residential Restoration Project Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Restoration Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential restoration projects, from inception to completion. This includes planning, schedule coordination, budgeting, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards are met throughout the project. Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: Lead, manage, and coordinate residential restoration projects from beginning to end, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. 2. Planning and Strategy: Develop project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to establish project milestones, schedules, and budgetary requirements. 3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop accurate project cost estimates and budgets. Monitor project-related expenses and ensure costs are kept within budgetary limits. Identify cost-saving measures and implement strategies to maximize profitability. 4. Resource Management: Allocate resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to ensure proper allocation and utilization throughout the project. 5. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce strict quality control standards for all restoration work, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols. 6. Progress Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain project schedules and progress reports, keeping key stakeholders informed on project status, potential risks, and mitigation plans. 7. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and proactive problem-solving to exceed their expectations. 8. Team Leadership: Supervise a team of restoration professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productive and high-performing teams. 9. Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Source, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendors and subcontractors' work to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to project specifications. 10. Health and Safety: Promote and enforce safety regulations and protocols across the project, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 2. Proven experience (5+ years) in residential restoration project management, preferably in a leadership role. 3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration, motivation, and strong communication skills. 6. Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making sound decisions under pressure. 8.
