The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 annuallyThis is how you WOW: Directs and supports the daily operational activities of quality staff members Responsible for tracking and improving plant quality KPI through process improvement and systemic quality issue identification and resolution Leads investigations of quality defect investigations using 8D problem-solving methodology Maintains ISO compliance by participating in audits and facilitating the resolution of audit findings Creates, distributes, and presents presentations showing quality data for employee and management quality metric reviews. It would be WOW if you would bring this in: 3 to 5 years of manufacturing quality experience is required. Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office Assembly, metal fabrication, plastic rotational molding, and painting experience strongly preferred. Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
