Interpret and evaluate physician orders in order to prepare, calculate and dispense appropriate medication dosage forms for inpatient and outpatients2. Present recommendations for formulary changes to the Director of Pharmacy (recommendations for deletions should include reasons and additions should include a drug review)3. Supervise generation of computerized MAR's and ensure their delivery to appropriate units4. Generate exception report and resolve potential future problems5.
