  • Survey Project Support:
    • Assist senior team members building and using survey insights, including writing questionnaires, organizing survey data, and analyzing survey results to derive actionable insights for clients.
  • Presentation Development:
    • Prepare polished and insightful presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides, showcasing research findings and provide recommendations, enabling stakeholders to grasp complex information at a glance.
    • Build excellent client service and external presentation skills with support of manager
    • Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of quality work
    • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all stages of data handling and presentation creation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize Excel to conduct thorough data analysis, data manipulation, and visualization to create comprehensive reports.
  • Communication and cross team collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support research requirements.

Success for the Market Research Analyst entails consistently meeting deadlines with high-quality deliverables, fostering seamless internal communication among team members, and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously. This achievement is marked by a deep understanding of client needs, insightful analysis that drives actionable recommendations, and maintaining a reputation for reliability and excellence with clients.

The MUST Haves: (ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)
  • At least 5 years of experience in custom research on the supplier side.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Expertise in crafting engaging presentations using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while seeking guidance and mentorship from senior team members.
The Nice to Haves: (ex: preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software/tools (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python).
  • Experience in market research methodologies and survey design.
  • Knowledge of data visualization techniques and best practices.

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $105,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Prodege Benefits:

Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees receive an option to purchase shares of Company stock commensurate with their position, which vests over four years.
