Claims Administrator

Responsibilities
Must demonstrate and model our company's core values
Process incoming lead calls and forward information for deployment
Setup leads in DASH
Setup jobs in Vista
Issue all subcontracts and change orders to trade partners as requested by Project Managers
Collect all signed subcontracts, upload to Vista, and track outstanding items
Monitor all DASH and program compliance to ensure team members are completing required tasks timely
Compile weekly measurable statistics and generate reporting for Director of Mitigation
Daily DASH Compliance Maintenance
Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of office
Coordinate meetings and lunches as requested
Answer incoming calls and forward to appropriate parties
Participate in Admin On-Call rotation for incoming new leads after hours and weekends.
Greet all visitors and assist as needed
Contact all clients, daily, to confirm scheduling and obtain project feedback.
Maintain daily route schedule in DASH and coordinate schedule as needed.
Coordinate labor assignments with Project Managers and clients.
Complete file reviews weekly and keep department leadersh

Salary: $55k - $65k, depending on experience
