In addition, this individual will assist in overseeing data and reporting initiatives related to the ambulatory, clinical, and rev cycle operations and workflow optimization within Epic by working with the Mass General Brigham eCare team members and representing the perspective of the covered institutions' respective teams. May also support other site-managed systems as required.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport Mass General Brigham (MGB) Enterprise Data Warehouse and the Digital Health eCare organization by:o Working with MEE and MGB analytics teams to coordinate the optimization and organization of reporting specific issues. Provide end user support and issue analysis for the MGB ambulatory/optime/cadence rev cycle and clinical teams and their leadership. Develop and support reporting to meet customer business and clinical requirements. Design and support SQL Report Writing and integration with Tableau using vendor and other toolsets. Oversee and Participate in creation and implementation of project plans that rely on data extraction as it pertains to related initiatives and upgrades. Help support applications team with build, testing, and QA for new and existing MEE sites, including oversight in data conversion activities. Provide project management, as it pertains to reporting, in planning for and testing of Epic upgrades and new site go-live activities. Participate in planning for and testing of new functionality rollouts. Work closely with representatives from areas assigned to gather and review requirements, develop reporting solutions, design and build for resolving issues that arise. Work effectively with matrixed project teams across many functional areas to achieve organizational goals. Oversee the tracking and monitoring of issues and action items Recognizes, communicates, and escalates concerns relevant to critical path and/or timeline in a timely manner. Documents and analyzes business processes Manages the creation and maintenance of system/report design and build documents Attends weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, change, communications, and updates. Collaborates with reporting team; shares expertise by mentoring, coaching and giving general direction to other teammates. Other duties as requiredWorking Conditions Flexible Hybrid Office environment with local travel to other Mass General Brigham sites; including routine exposure to clinical areas Off-site pager coverage for support as assigned. Must be able to provide adequate transportation to and between work locations.
