Your Role:

We are seeking friendly and organized Hosts/Hostesses to join our team for on-demand roles in various dining establishments. As a Host/Hostess, you're not just managing reservations; you're setting the tone for the dining experience by providing a warm and inviting welcome. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Greeting Guests: Welcome guests with a friendly and hospitable demeanor as they enter the establishment.
  • Reservation Management: Coordinate and manage reservations, ensuring a smooth flow of guests in and out of the dining area.
  • Seating Arrangements: Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Customer Assistance: Assist guests with inquiries, take phone reservations, and provide information about the establishment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate seating and maintain a well-organized waiting area.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Establishment):

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and hospitable demeanor as they enter the establishment.
  • Coordinate and manage reservations, ensuring a smooth flow of guests in and out of the dining area.
  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus, ensuring a positive first impression.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar role is a plus.
