Role Description:

As a full-time, on-site Partner Marketing Manager at Aviz Networks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies globally. This position involves collaboration with our sales and go-to-market partners to enhance brand awareness, drive demand, and accelerate pipeline growth for our solutions. Supported by a global marketing team, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, manage partner relationships, coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, and measure campaign performance to optimize impact. Our ideal candidate thrives in the fast-paced world of Seed, Series A, or Series B startups and has hands-on experience building a digital growth (DG) engine from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and digital marketing teams to create and execute partner marketing programs.
  • Create messaging and promotions for each channel and partner.
  • You will be responsible for ideating, facilitating the creation, and executing programs and activities that drive demand generation, upsell within existing accounts, promote customer retention, and increase brand recognition.
  • Execute region-specific marketing programs, including third-party or proprietary events, meeting programs, dinners, channel co-marketing/demand gen programs, and hyperscaler co-marketing programs, applying marketing best practices.
  • Build channel marketing campaigns and kits that can be easily consumed by channel partners to help them drive demand generation activities.
  • Develop joint channel marketing programs with focus partners, agreeing on MDF support where ROI is justified and aligned with channel leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze field and channel marketing program results to measure and improve the effectiveness of our initiatives, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Attend sales and partner meetings as a key marketing representative.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing, preferably in the networking or cloud technology sectors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse set of partners.
  • Experience with marketing campaign planning and execution, including digital and event marketing.
  • Knowledge of networking industry and technologies, with additional familiarity in cloud and AI technologies preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
