The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) will be an integral component of dedicated service for clients and customers. The CXR will combine the desire to create a world class customer experience through value based programs, while developing a deep understanding of the customer program needs to increase the value we can deliver going forward. This approach will build a strong level of trust and collaboration with the customer which will create opportunities to qualify PENTAX solutions, thereby providing sales support for the Territory Manager. The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for managing the delivering of value based programs and supporting key sales support initiatives within their assigned territory.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative:
  • Support the successful execution of Pentax Medical Initiatives through education on product utilization, infection prevention, and C2 ablation support.
  • Support service growth through large retention and conversion opportunities based on expertise in delivering better economic and patient safety benefits.
  • Take the lead in ensuring customers are utilizing only approved reprocessing accessories while reprocessing Pentax Medical endoscopes.
  • Conduct Pentax Medical approved presentations to fellows and thereby engage, educate, and develop future Pentax Medical champions.
  • Plan, develop, and coordinate ongoing clinical in-service education programs for Territory Managers and customers
  • Introduce cost saving educational programs and provide solid after-sales support that builds confidence and ensures loyalty from our customers.
  • Foster a supportive educational approach with hospital (facility) leadership and staff to assess current educational needs and develop a plan to satisfy those needs.
  • Travel to customer facilities with Territory Managers to conduct on-site training and re-training to insure proper handling and reprocessing of Pentax Medical instruments.
  • Assist Territory Managers with product demos on a regular basis and serve as a resource for them whenever possible.
  • Maximize profitability of service contracts by aggressively responding to all over utilized service situations with additional training and in-servicing of our Territory Managers and customers.
Requirements of the Customer Experience Representative:
  • Bachelor's degree in area of specialty or least 3 years of experience in the sales/clinical field.
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Must be able to travel within set territory and be willing to travel nationally or internationally when necessary.
  • Ability to manage difficult, emotional customer situations by tracking problem accounts and escalating to management when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must have excellent communication and follow up skills.
  • Must have excellent computer skills, fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
