This position reports to the Customization Director, directs a team of production personnel / machine operators, and works closely with our sales and design teams.. This will be a mid-level management position and requires previous management experience in a manufacturing or production setting.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Manage day to day in house screen print, pad print, laser, and digital printWork with production scheduler to ensure advertised lead time expectations are met and customer deadlines are upheldProvide direction and training to employees and develop a highly trained, motivated and efficient teamResponsible for hiring and onboarding of new team membersDevelop processes and continuously work to improve efficiency, quality and error reductionManage and allocate resources appropriatelyMaintain labor and material budget in alignment with customer demand and growthTrack productivity and report production numbers Ensure machine maintenance and repair needs are metPromotes and adheres to company safety work rules and regulationsDevelop a working knowledge/familiarity with all shop machinery and equipment Essential Functions:Ability to communicate verbally and work cooperatively with other employees and managementStrong eye for detail; ability to accurately mix inks to match specific Pantone colorsAbility to think critically and communicate complex thoughts and/or ideas in clear and concise mannerAbility to analyze and interpret dataAble to frequently lift/move up to 35 lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbsAble to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, crawl, twist, balance, reach and use hands and fingers to perform repetitive tasks and/or assemble/disassemble equipmentExperience and Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a management / supervisory roleDetail oriented, with excellent organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to speak, read and write in English fluentlyStrong mathematical skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAvailable to work occasional overtime and/or weekends during high volume periodsDesired Qualifications:Experience with operating forklifts, pallet jacks and carts to move palletized inventoryComputer skills including NetSuite, Google products, and MS Office products such as Excel and WordExperience with inventory management and WMSPrevious experience in print production setting What We Offer:40% employee discountHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, 401k with employer matchGym benefitsLarge supplemental insurance offerings such as accidental policies and discounted pet insurance plansFSA General Purpose Healthcare and Dependent carePaid trainingGrowth and development opportunitiesExcellent work/life balanceAccrue 15+ days PTO per year8 Paid Holidays per yearCompany eventsTrue Brands is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status.
