Description
Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring Lathe Machinists for their 2nd shift Will-Mor is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries.
(Offering a highly competitive wage pending experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Setup/Operate CNC Vertical Turning.
- Load fixture in machine with blank parts to be machined or a machined part for one (1) of the part specific operations which would be noted on job router.
- Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet within part conformance requirements, document measurements on inspection documents.
- Seek supervisory help if machine fails, or measurements get completely outside limits.
- Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily.
- Check to make sure Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels.
- CNC machining experience, preferably with CNC Turning Center up to 12 Turrets.
- Defense and Aerospace Industry experience
- AS9100 Experience a plus
- Ability to read GD&T Code
- Ability to use all measuring tools.
