SUMMARY: We are seeking a driven and passionate entry-level software development professional to join our development team. As a Jr. Software Developer, you will be an integral part of our development team, contributing to the creation, implementation, and support of software solutions that enhance our operations and lending services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in developing and maintaining software applications using Azure, .NET Core, and other Microsoft technologies. Collaborate with the IT help desk to support the users of our applications and develop solutions. Support the team in serverless and low-code development projects to enhance application efficiency and scalability. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and contribute to project planning and review sessions. Learn and apply best practices in software development, including code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development to suggest improvements and innovations.

QUALIFICATIONS: Basic understanding of software development principles and a desire to learn Azure, serverless architectures, .NET Core, and other Microsoft development tools. Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
