This remote role and can be filled anywhere within Segra's footprint, including NC, SC, VA and MO.
Responsibilities:
- Source Qualified Candidates: Identify and attract top talent for open roles based on feedback from hiring leaders.
- Proactive Search: Utilize search engines, user groups, blogs, and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates.
- Build a Bench: Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with potential future candidates.
- Networking: Develop a network by engaging with user groups and professional associations.
- Organize and Coordinate all aspects of the Recruitment Process: Prescreen candidates and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process to find Segra the very best talent.
What Makes YOU Stand Out:
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a high-volume environment.
- Experience collaborating with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Proven track record of recruiting talent across multiple locations and states with various skill sets.
- Proficiency with ATS systems.
- Expertise in competency and behavioral-based interviewing techniques and methods.
- At least 5 years' experience sourcing candidates in various roles is required.
- Experience in telecommunications or technical industry preferred.
