Key Responsibilities: Ensure Marwood policy compliance and conduct regular safety training. Manage plant cleanliness for safety and production standards. Establish and revise product-specific quality standards. Collaborate with Sales and Dimension Divisions to align production. Set and update production targets, track against budgets. Oversee maintenance schedules and downtime management. Manage output and costs for efficiency. Ensure environmental compliance and proper documentation. Participate in Weekly Budget and Production Review Meetings. Maintain staffing levels and site facilities. What You Bring to the Table: The ideal applicant will have a minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent post-secondary education is required. We are looking for someone with a robust management background paired with relevant education. Familiarity with or a keen interest in the building material industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is essential, with a willingness to learn new software as needed.
