POSITION SUMMARY

This position will be located in our Bellevue, WA headquarters and required to be in the office (not a hybrid position).

ON ANY GIVEN DAY, YOU COULD BE DOING THESE THINGS

* Invoice Entry* Process Payment via Credit card and via check* Taking calls from vendors and calling vendors when required.* Reconciliation of bank and credit card statements* Other scope of work as defined by management.* Maintain and update account system* Manage electronic ledger; ensure payments are posted* Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues* Produce financial statements and reports as needed* Assist with preparing A/P accrual* Review all invoices and check requests for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.* Assist employees in the submission of credit card receipts or expense report documents.* Assist in launching new system automation* Prepare routine reporting including AP aging, etc.* Maintain organized filing system and ensure all backup is being kept according to accounting standards* Prepare all check payments and miscellaneous checks for mailing* Comply with all Federal, State and company polices, procedures and regulation* Enforce all accounting policies and procedures* Any other duties or projects as assigned

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Knowledge

* Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience (an associate's degree or higher may be substituted for experience)* Bachelors degree (preferred)* Experience identifying gaps, improving processes and policies, and adherence to those SOPs and policies (skilled negotiator)* Experience prioritizing needs and coming to the table with solutions* Strong report-writing skills desired* Able to model and strictly follow directions or procedures as required* Extreme proficiency in MS Office tools, especially excel* Familiarity with NetSuite preferred

$23 - $25 an hour
