Work shift:

Tuesday - Saturday, 8 A.M.-5 P.M.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain

relationships

and engagement with all team members;

giving attention, providing resources/support,

problem solving and

availability within the laboratory.
Drive

solution oriented

thinking throughout the laboratory and help all team members to understand the direction of current and future states of operation.
Meets individual and departmental goals and objectives.
Assist with the global operations in ensuring that the protocols and processes are unified across different laboratory's.
Responsible for all talent planning

within

the laboratory; including hiring, development and succession planning, and forecasting of future needs.
Education

and

Experience
Bachelors Degree in related field from a four-year college or university; two to three years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and

experience.
People Leadership Experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work with limited day to day direction.
C

lear and courteous communication skills over email and by phone.
Understanding of computer systems and

the Microsoft Office suite.
Desire and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
