is seeking an Associate Program Manager to join our growing team in the Chicagoland Area. As an Associate Program Manager with Resource Innovations, you will work in a dynamic environment leading and managing a team of outreach and operations staff on large scale commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. The Associate Program Manager will play a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing short and long-term implementation plans, leading program implementation activities, and developing trusted relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and program contacts. The Associate Program Manager must be able to manage project tasks in a dynamic environment and respond quickly to implementation changes and market conditions. This position requires excellent planning, budgeting, and people-management skills. Experience working in partnership with energy efficiency implementation subcontractors, community-based organizations, low-income communities,and/or government entities is desired. Duties and Responsibilities Manage program launch and implementation including development of work plans to meet goals, aligning staff assignments, and providing accurate forecasting both internally and to clients. Deliver successful energy efficiency programs to utility client(s) per contract terms and program budgets. Identify, define, track, and drive the development of program deliverables on time and on budget. Continuously assesses project progress to goal and develop innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics. Lead a dynamic team in meeting program delivery goals by setting and reviewing program standards and objectives. Support outreach functions through community engagement, program presentations, and relationship-building as needed. Develop, manage, and foster partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and other industry

affiliates/stakeholders. Manage client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolves and/or escalates client issues. Interface with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR to develop efficiencies to meet program needs. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field including, but not limited to, business,

energy/environment,

engineering. Master's degree in a related field is preferred. 3 or more years of experience in energy efficiency or a related field required, commercial program experience preferred. Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and plans. Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Excellent project and program management skills. Ability and experience in short and long-range planning and strategy. Proficient in establishing job and work process flows. Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines on time and within budget. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Positive, action-oriented attitude showing initiation and creativity. Client service focus.
