Permitting & Regulatory Compliance Specialist III Job Responsibilities:
  • Train team members on workflow and project coordination
  • Aid in developing processes and enforcing policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Creative problem solving for resolution to violations and plan check responses
  • Develop and implement compliance and permitting programs for the team
  • Step in during times of heavy workload and implement work plans and assist with Permitting & Compliance Specialist responsibilities and duties
  • Delegate projects to team based on their individual strengths and abilities and availability
  • Monitor and manage staff by communicating job expectations, planning, and monitoring work progress
  • Oversee Quarterly/Annual Compliance Report and client meeting agenda
Permitting & Regulatory Compliance Specialist II Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction, permitting, regulatory compliance field, supplemented by business/office courses, Class A/B Certification associate degree, and/or bachelor's degree
  • Strong attention to detail, concentration, and flexibility (to switch between multiple tasks quickly as needed
  • Interpersonal excellence, a sense of curiosity, entrepreneurship, proactivity, and commitment to quality
