Baptist Health is hiring an Associate Director, Development to join the Foundation Team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.
Responsibilities include:
Conducts a wide variety of duties related to fundraising and stewardship.
Collaborates with the fundraising team on corporate sponsorships and proposals, as well as overseeing major, large-scale fundraising events for Wolfson Children's.
Maintains an individual gift portfolio and relationships with mid-level donors.
Coordinates stewardship and donor prospecting events is also a key responsibility of this role.
Oversees the Wolfson Children's Challenge and the Wolfson Bass Tournament
Works collaboratively with colleagues on identifying, cultivating and soliciting systemwide corporate partners as a part of the Companies Who Care program
***This position will require some nights and weekends due to events.
