Job Posting Summary Eligible for Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Outpatient Services to our Heart Center at Baptist Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time, Day shift opportunity. This Cardiac Outpatient Services RN is responsible for assessing Heart Center patient, including evaluating, continuous monitoring, interpreting, communicating and recording patient conditions. As a Cardiac Outpatient Services RN, you will be responsible for: * RN coordinates with physician's office, other RNs, laboratory, dietary, x-ray, pharmacy and other areas of hospital * Perform TEEs, cardioversions, Tilt Table tests and pharmacological stress tests * Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care Eligible for Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus This Cardiac Outpatient Services RN will be at the Heart Center, located in Jacksonville, FL.
