A strong product orientation to drive market-focused innovation is also a must.ResponsibilitiesDark Compute Platform Development:Lead the design and implementation of our secure, low-latency compute platform.Architect and optimize dark pool infrastructure for scalability, security, and performance.Analyze performance of various approaches and contribute to industry benchmarks.Product Strategy and Market Fit:Collaborate cross-functionally to define product requirements and roadmap.Translate technical capabilities into market-driven solutions addressing customer needs.Hiring Strategy:Assist leadership in developing a hiring strategy for the cryptography team, potentially utilizing platforms like Twitter for outreach.Ideal ProfileStrong product orientation with a keen sense of market opportunities and customer needs.A high degree of familiarity with multiparty computation, zero knowledge proofs, and Trusted Execution Environments.Deep knowledge of cryptography and distributed systems, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable blockchain solutions.Targeted experience in zero-knowledge proofs and cryptographic protocols, preferably in the context of financial applications such as dark pools.Proven track record of translating technical innovation into successful market-driven products.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence strategic decision-making.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology and driving impactful change in the financial industry.Join us at Tristero and help us revolutionize decentralized finance.
