Manage purchase order or raw materials for specific categories. Manage direct materials suppliers including on-time shipments, logistics tracking, and goods receipts. Work with the technology organization on purchasing systems and reporting enhancement. Responsible for maintaining target inventory levels for specific raw material categories Engage relevant internal stakeholders such as Legal, Risk Assessment, and Sourcing Managers as needed in finalizing agreements Address any Purchasing system service or delivery issues directly with the supplier Resolve order and invoicing issues with users, suppliers and/or Corporate Accounts Payable Generate and analyze reports on POs and invoices to track performance and identify efficiency improvement opportunities Qualifications: Requirements - Required and/or Preferred Education: Basic/Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar discipline Essential Qualifications: 5+ years of procurement or supply chain management experience in areas such as manufacturing, purchasing, or other area.
