This is your chance We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven international Customer Success Manager to join our online team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key online resellers across Europe, ensuring the successful promotion and sales of our products. As a key player in our international team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue, drive customer satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and explore new markets and opportunities. Together with a team of online merchandisers, you ensure that our products are presented as best as possible on the websites of our online customers. Within PF Concept, we have a local sales approach in the various countries across Europe. As a customer experience specialist in your field, you will collaborate closely with our local sales teams, providing them valuable expertise and support to enhance their effectiveness and maximize sales performance. What are you going to do? Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following: Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners across Europe; Act as the main point of contact for all online resellers who are selling our products in the international market; Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies for online sales channels in the European market; Identify opportunities for product placement, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales. Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to provide accurate sales forecasts for the European market; Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and present findings internally. Problem Resolution: Proactively address any issues or challenges faced by online retailers in Europe, ensuring a swift resolution to maintain positive relationships; Act as a consultant by constantly identifying the technical (future) needs of our online customers in order to stay ahead of our competition. Collaborate closely on a day-to-day basis with our team of online merchandisers to analyze and optimize the websites of our online customers, making sure that product placement and presentation align with strategic objectives and enhance the customer shopping experience; Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, Product Development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of strategies on an international scale; Stay in touch with your field sales colleagues who represent our company in the various countries. As a specialist in your field, you will support them with your expertise, enhancing their capabilities and contributing to overall team success. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, trends in technology, and market changes in Europe to identify new business opportunities; Explore new markets within Europe and identify potential online resellers for product collaboration and expansion. A very good understanding of SEO/SEA is necessary to be successful in identifying new business opportunities. Who are you? You have a minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as Customer Success Manager or Senior CX specialist, with a strong understanding of online sales strategies and the e-commerce landscape, particularly in the European market. Experience in the product media industry is a big plus. You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment. Commercially minded, energetic, and passionate about achieving outstanding results.
