Position: Delivery Driver
We are looking for a competitive, self-motivated, reliable Delivery Driver with the motivation and skill set to effectively service customer accounts. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy having variety in your workday, this is an opportunity for you. As the Delivery Driver, you will deliver, fill, rotate and merchandise products at assigned accounts.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

- Driving a company truck to assigned accounts within a defined territory based upon a pre-determined route. (Examples of the types of accounts include restaurants, gas stations and smaller grocery stores)
- Delivering beverages to the account, including stocking shelves and coolers accurately with a variety of bottled and canned products, as well as dropping off BIBs (boxed bags of syrup).
-Representing Mahaska professionally in the community while establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers, and occasionally with prospective customers.

Requirements include:

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Desire to obtain knowledge and a familiarity with all company products
- Building productive long lasting relationships with customers
- Demonstrate proficiency with technology, capable of learning to use a computer, handheld or IPad with reasonable instruction.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Prefer applicants 21 years of age or older.
- Be available and capable to perform the physical functions of the position, which include lifting and moving loads of up to 50 lbs manually and maneuvering a two-wheel cart with up to 200 lbs of product. May occasionally be required to deliver a keg weighing up to 165 lbs.

-Must be able to speak and understand English.
