As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Email/Lifecycle Marketer to join our growing team and elevate our Email & SMS programs along with the growing brand.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketer/Lifecycle CRM specialist with a background in DTC and digital marketing, ideally with experience in the supplement or health industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and executing successful email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
  • Create compelling and personalized email content, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and automated email sequences.
  • Segment and target email lists to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze and report on email campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing for e-commerce DTC, with a preference for experience in the supplements industry.
  • Proven success in creating and managing effective email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Attentive, etc.) and other analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
