This position is responsible for assisting the Operations Innovation team with a variety of projects that support the creating, testing, and rolling out of net new operations innovation to address identified business challenges, including piloting and implementation of technology efforts. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Assist Manager of Operations Innovation with implementation, testing, and business case validation for approved projects. + Participate in cross-functional working teams by attending in person meetings and conference calls to support collaboration on delivering key project tasks. + Assist withwork measurement studies, analyze throughput, and conduct cycle times to improve operational efficiencies + Assist with implementing operational processes for new systems, equipment, procedures + Assist with development of project update communications and participate in project recap presentations to executive stakeholders **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS** + _Required Minimum:_ Enrolled in 4-year college degree, completed at least Junior year + _Required Minimum:_ knowledge of Microsoft Office applications + _Preferred:_ relevant experience in restaurant or retailindustry **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,** **SKILLS** **OR ABILITIES:** + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Ability to multi-task effectively + Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills + Creative problem-solving ability + Well-organized and a self-starter + Excellent attention to detail _Inspire Brands is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 32,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide._ _We’re made up of some of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands, but we’re much more than just a restaurant company.
