Serving over 4,000 students across fourteen states nationally. Our company was founded based on the concept of offering the types of higher acuity clinical care that students would normally receive in a private practice or private school setting within the public-school building. Our services range from student-facing clinical care to staff professional development and coaching.

About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Administrative Support Assistant to join our growing team. The role involves providing administrative support to the day-to-day operations of our professional development department, including scheduling, customer service, and maintaining and organizing files and workflows. Our ideal candidate should have strong office experience, proficiency in using Outlook calendar, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Oversee all tasks related to scheduling professional development presentations including email correspondence between presenter and requestor, updating the Presentations Outlook calendar and sending invites, creating Zoom links/invites, and dissemination of presentation materials to appropriate parties.
  • Assist with and respond to tech and other issues during presentations
  • Run weekly reports on PD presentations completed and Qualtrics survey results.
Additional tasks as needed may include:
  • Data entry and personnel file maintenance related to PD team.
  • Maintain and prepare spreadsheets in Excel.
  • Assist with planning and scheduling PD Department summer training.
  • Assist HR in scheduling interviews for the PD Department
  • Prepare Professional Development quotes through QuickBooks.
  • Increase organizational efficiency by improving electronic file organization and establishing conventions for the whole team to follow.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on administrative office support experience.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced corporate office environment supporting multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook), Canva, and QuickBooks.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Teams and Workflow software a plus.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills required.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when preparing documents and correspondence.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of executive management.
  • Ethical Practice and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Independent judgment and critical thinking skills are required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • 100% Remote or partially in-person if in NJ
