Are you ready to join a dynamic team? Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Panama City, FL.

Schedule: 40-45/hrs per week, between 7 am - 7:30 pm, Monday-Friday. ( Hours worked will not be exactly 7 am - 7:30 pm but a set schedule between these hours.)

Pay: $16/hr

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers and business partners via telephone and email, handling inquiries calmly and professionally, diagnosing and resolving issues, monitoring delivery routes, scanning haul-away pods, and processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
