Job Summary:As the Financial Planning & Analysis Associate Director, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our organization's financial strategy. Your role is pivotal in supporting our financial forecasting, planning, and resource allocation efforts, ensuring seamless alignment with our strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:- Spearhead the development and implementation of annual financial planning processes and forecasts, working closely with the guidance of the CFO.- Direct budgeting, financial forecasting, and modeling endeavors to underpin strategic decision-making processes.- Analyze financial data and trends, furnishing senior management and key stakeholders with accurate, timely, and compelling financial insights to facilitate informed decision-making.- Collaborate with senior leadership to grasp programmatic financial requirements and allocate resources judiciously.- Oversee the preparation of financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders, including monthly financial statements and variance analyses.- Partner with the CFO to establish and uphold financial policies and procedures that streamline operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.- Monitor pivotal financial metrics and trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities for enhancing performance.- Support the annual audit process, coordinating seamlessly with external auditors and preparing necessary documentation.- Prepare financial schedules for tax filings and audits, ensuring meticulous accuracy and compliance.- Collaborate closely with the CFO to select and implement financial tools and software that cater to organizational needs and bolster operational efficiency.- Exhibit a steadfast commitment to our organization's core values.- Perform any other duties as assigned.
