Job Description:

As a dynamic Recruiter in our Staffing/Direct Hire & RPO unit, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from initial job intake to successful candidate placement. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless match of skills and culture.

What You Will Be Accountable For

Lead the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey from sourcing to placement. Forge robust relationships with candidates and clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and expectations to facilitate perfect matches. Employ a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing strategies to scout and secure top talent promptly. Conduct detailed interviews and work closely with leadership and colleagues to optimize the interview process and candidate selection. Provide consistent updates and thoughtful feedback to both clients and candidates, maintaining transparency throughout the recruitment cycle. Drive recruitment targets and foster the continuous enhancement of our recruitment strategies. Uphold our four core values (Hunger, Honor, Honesty, & Humility) and integrate our three pillars of success (Accountability, Empowerment, & Collaboration) into daily responsibilities.

What Qualifications You Need

At least 3 years of recruitment experience within Agency or Corporate environments Corporate experience should also encapsulate working with outside Recruiting Agencies. Experience working across a broad range of roles such as IT, Finance, Human Resources, and Program/Project Management. A profound understanding of recruitment practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proficiency in recruitment software and candidate databases, with a preference for experience with Bullhorn ATS (not mandatory). Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for sourcing candidates. Intermediate level experience with MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
