What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Product and stakeholder to understand data needs and strategic solutions they aim to build for our customers.
  • Extend the capabilities of the Analytics web application by utilizing modern techniques, frameworks, and both front-end and back-end languages.
  • Build and maintain the Analytics applications through instrumentation and observability.
  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights to our customers.
  • Work closely within the team to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with Product teams in agile planning and iterative development processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 3+ years building enterprise applications that include Instrumentation, Observability, and Test Driven Development Approach.
  • 5+ years' experience with modern web development languages (Scala, Java, C#, JavaScript, Elm).
  • 5+ years' experience on software projects, SLDC, Git, and agile teams, ensuring efficient project management and delivery.
  • 5+ years' experience with backend development (Node.js, Play, .NET, Spring Boot, PHP, etc.).
  • 2+ years' experience with database systems (SQL Server, MongoDB, mySQL, PostGres).
  • Experience with a BI tools or building Analytics Platforms is a plus.
  • While this role offers Remote Work flexibility, must have the ability to attend periodic in-person team meetings and working sessions at Avetta's Tustin Office, located at 1730 Flight Way, Tustin, CA 92782.
