Become an Architect of Growth:

As Director of Asset Management, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our investment strategy. You'll lead a high-performing team, overseeing the entire asset management lifecycle from strategic planning and portfolio optimization to driving sustainable growth and value creation.

Specifically, the Director of Asset Management will manage our assets and achieve investments proformas YoY by overseeing 3rd party property managers, leading initiatives to increase NOI and meet proformas, and executing the assets value-add business plans.

Some KPIs for this role will be:

  • Achieve proforma on all assets
  • Successfully implement strategies to increase NOI beyond proforma
  • Manage 3rd party PMs and make sure they are engaged and motivated and lower staff turnover
  • Implement strategies to maximize cash flow
