Full-Time/Salaried Salary Range:

$40k – $50k per year base + bonus opportunities General Overview: Provide support to our client’s accounting and finance department in a variety of functions Weekly tasks include reconciliations, data entry, cash flow reporting, general journal entries, and data import from various systems Build long-term relationships with clients and become part of their operational team Duties/Responsibilities: Stay abreast of applications linked to our systems, both internal and client systems Customize reports within QBES Understand KPI reporting and explain KPIs you are responsible for Maintain accurate balances within client data files Prepare necessary reporting and tie-outs accurately Meet internal reporting deadlines consistently Maintain and organize digital filing system for your area of responsibility Serve as the point of contact for clients Work with executives on time-sensitive and confidential projects Required Skills/Abilities: Self-motivated, self-directed, and confident Recognize gaps in work processes and suggest changes Possess integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Efficiently solve situational challenges and take effective action Take responsibility and own impact on team success Think, plan, and manage time effectively Desire to learn technologies and implement solutions Preferred Skills, Experience, and Knowledge: Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Develop a trusted working relationship with the team 3-5 years of related experience This is a fully remote role.
