Position Summary:
Job title: Corporate Recruiter
Location: Wyoming MI 49508 (Hybrid position, 3 days in office/2 home)
Position type: Contract (6 months) Opportunity to be hired direct.
Shift/hours – 1st shift (Hours will be provided-40 hour work week)
Competitive hourly pay rate - $55.00/hr.

Job Description:
The Global Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong influencing and business partnering skills to lead full cycle recruiting for a variety of functional areas across the\business. The primary goal of this role is to create positive and productive\experiences with candidates and hiring managers in order to deliver the highest\quality talent for our client. You will manage 12-15 salaried direct hire\requisitions with a heavy emphasis on building and analyzing candidate pools and\advising decision makers thru an evidence-based selection process.
