QualificationsSix (6) months of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a direct patient care setting unless entering the Nurse Residency Program
Minimum Education
Associate degree in Nursing - Required
Bachelors’ degree in Nursing - Preferred
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications
BLS - Required
ACLS within 6 months of hire if needed
Licenses:
Valid licensure in the State of Texas as a Registered Nurse (RN) or COMPACT LICENSE
