**About the team and position**

RideDrop is an all new brand being launched by Tom Gill Chevrolet to deliver a state of the art digital car buying experience to markets primarily outside the Cincinnati area. The **Customer Experience Advocate**, will be responsible for educating customers on who we are, what we do, and why RideDrop is an easy and simple way to buy a vehicle. As an advocate you will spend the majority of your day on the phone or computer assisting customers at various stages of their car-buying journey. An advocate plays the key role in making car buying a stress free and seamless experience.

**What youll be doing**

* Be the voice of RideDrop. You will interact with customers on the phone, through text, email, chat and video chat.

* Building relationships with our customers and assisting them through the entire purchase process.

* Working with our internal team to communicate what we need from the customer and what purchase options the customer has.

* Conducting virtual walk arounds on vehicles so the customer can gain a better understanding of what they are purchasing.

* Asking questions to best understand the customers needs and what they are looking for in their next vehicle.

* You will engage in a variety of conversations, up to and including:

+ Vehicle purchase inquiries

+ Helping to resolve customer issues and concerns.

+ Collaborate with internal teams such as the approval center to best communicate with the customer regarding their needs.

* Follow up with customers and our internal team to drive our results.
