Service Advisor

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales success in our Truck Care facilities through exceptional customer service, leadership, and salesmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean facility, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, and obtain necessary approvals and payments.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle status and provide comprehensive explanations of completed work, handling customer complaints and resolving concerns.

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean safety record, and pass a drug screening and medical exam as per regulations.
